#11•D. JACKSON

PG • 6’1, 201 lbs; 3rd year, Notre Dame

UNDERDOG

NBA ROLE: (RAW) ATHLETIC PG

Notre Dame’s Demetrius Jackson: an athletic guard w/ burst in the open court; a member of Philly's deep guard corps, DJ is a more consistent J away from pushing for minutes; only 6’1 but Jackson has w/ incredible bounce; competes very hard, doesn’t (often) give away too much leverage defensively; improving creator – relies on speed/fast cuts to penetrate and find open teammates; likes to score off the dribble, should focus on drawing fouls, pushing action w/o losing control; on 2Way contract – spends time between G League & majors

#14•J. SMITH

F/C • 7’0, 240 lbs; 11th year, Colorado State

SALTY DOG

NBA ROLE: BACKUP 5

‘Midrange’ Jason Smith is a 7-footer who prefers taking jumpers rather than banging inside – but in this case it’s cool…shooting Js is his thing; Smith was more of a faceup scorer prior to his ACL injury in 2008 – despite the injury, Smith bounced back & reinvented himself into a pick and pop shooter from inside the arc; will almost always knock down an open elbow jumper (sets solid screens, slips to his ideal spots on the floor); starting to extend his shot to downtown – has a high-release that’s perfect for rollout threes; doesn’t make a strong impact defensively or on the boards; one of the better ’15-minute’ bigs in the Association – Smith doesn’t get huge minutes but contributes whenever necessary

Andrew Harrison

ANDREW HARRISON (NOP)

#55•AN. HARRISON

G • 6’6, 213 lbs; 3rd year, Kentucky

UNDERDOG

NBA ROLE: ALL-AROUND COMBO GUARD

One half of the Harrison Twins, Andrew is a tall, sure of himself (in a competitive sense) PG with an aptitude for scoring via penetration; 6'6 guard, “second nature” driver – makes noise w/ an impressive float & pull-up attack, uses size to score in traffic; handles well, decent playmaker without taking too many dribbles, probes up top looking for teammates; just a 33% shooter from deep, a better long ball gives Andrew’s game another dimension; has gotten better thru better production defensively & aggressiveness as a playmaker – on 2Way deal w/ Pels, Harrison's familiarity/experience gives him an edge in the backcourt

Enlight4 2.JPG

#21•D. DAVIS

F/C • 6’11, 237 lbs; 3rd year, Michigan State

UNDERDOG

NBA ROLE: (RAW) TWO-WAY 4/5

Though Deyonta Davis is a long-term investment, he's already shown life as a productive interior player; developing scorer: able to beat his man off the dribble, working on counters & an automatic 15-18 footer; mainly scores via rim runs, quick dump-offs & jams; help & recovery game is advanced for his age, very talented shot-blocking prospect: long wingspan (7’1) – able to contest shots from anywhere on the floor; hedges out very well when defending the PnR; can slide his feet while recovering back to the roll man when necessary; not a great foul shooter, improving at the line will create more finishing opportunities; needs to learn how to defend without being too jumpy or committing silly fouls; one of many young prospects fighting for time in SAC
