NBA ROLE: VERSATILE, SCORING FORWARD

 

The 9th overall pick in 2018, Kevin Knox is a “seasoned prospect” in PDX; Knox's style mirrors the modern NBA - solid pull-up game, good shooter, capable of gathering into triples off a bounce or two; skilled scorer w/ a few different avenues to generate his own looks - can score without much action called for him*; able to come off curls, get buckets with floaters; decent ball-handler, pretty smooth when confident & under control; uses frame well to finish at the basket - Knox is an underrated athlete, attacks strong; plus defender at some point? - full-time 3 or 4? (must consistently crash boards); needs to further expand arsenal otd (off the dribble), learn to make plays after driving (not a strong playmaker yet); new start w/ Blazers (2023) - steady shooter/scorer spacer for Coach Billups?
