Drafted second overall in 2018, Marvin Bagley III is a quick, springy lefty who moves like a small forward - great body control/flexibility for a player his size; scoring profile: tries to get buckets at any cost - utilizes speed for quick drives & scores (soft lefty touch), finishes difficult looks in paint; athletic finisher ft. quick dunks, lay ins, OOPs, etc; a little erratic around the rim, needs to improve finishing thru contact; excellent switch potential on D - should try to hone in on PnR D & weak side shot blocking; high volume rebounder, always around basket; MBIII's game is conducive to lots of touches, uptempo setting; must work on extra pass, faceup scoring w/ J; speed gives him an advantage at 5, a better three ball adds value at both inside spots; has struggled to stay healthy throughout his NBA career; traded to Grizz (2024) - looking for some traction in Memphis
