French import Vincent Poirier is looking to earn a spot in Philly; very capable roll finisher - Poirier has good hands (finishes well w/ both), can score over the top or below the basket; perpetual lob threat, needs PnR partner that’ll maximize & match his energy; gets off his feet quick, loves lefty powerslams; runs the floor well - should be an option to play v. faster lineups needs to avoid foul trouble when defending the interior; expanding game to perimeter is the next step; more of a factor in Year 2? - Poirier could soak up backup minutes; untapped potential?
