Sharife Cooper is a naturally confident lead creator w/ a nice future as a distributor and consistent scorer; instinctive passer, Cooper reads plays before they happen + anticipates where the advantage lies for teammates - adept hitting up top for lobs (light touch on dimes), can thread the needle between defenders & is inventive in the open court; fleet of foot, very quick first step - able to find action off a straight line drive or create a bucket for himself; good shooter, though needs to continue to improve long-range shot (comfortable firing off the dribble) & more options below the three-point line; lack of sized hinders defensive upside, niche as a “pressure PG” at some point?; burgeoning duo w/ Jalen Johnson; Cooper will spend time developing in College Park - great backup to Trae Young, should learn & develop quickly from a tremendous talent w/ some similar traits
