NBA ROLE: HYBRID WING/FORWARD

A reliable, veteran reserve, Otto Porter Jr. has gradually improved as a full-time forward; Porter Jr. works best as a hybrid wing/ forward who stretches the floor & plays active perimeter D; great energy & tendencies on defense – long arms, closes out well (though he gets caught ball-watching sometimes); confident shooter from downtown (loves the elbow trey), features a few moves off the dribble (pull-ups, short floats, fadeaways), likes to find space around screens and launch step backs; good rebounder, could make another jump (to around 7-8 night); fills break, takes advantage of open opportunities; very dependable wing who played a key role* during GSW’s championship; signed w/ Raptors (2022) – missed majority of 2022-23 w/ a foot injury; when available, Porter Jr. provides great minutes, alternates between the 3-5
