Nene: a seasoned power forward outta Brazil who’s never been easy to deal with down low; not as imposing as a back to the basket scorer anymore, though Nene remains pretty efficient from midrange & around the rim; known to punish smaller defenders on the block (for a few seconds) before unveiling baby hooks/runners in lane; great hands – catch & finish threat for his ability to control tough passes/keep the ball high before finishing*; not gonna shut anyone down – at this stage (18th! campaign), you can maximize Nene if he’s in an exclusively scoring role; fits in well as a spot scorer under Mike D’Antoni
