Keon Johnson’s a very athletic wing who’s developing on the fly in Portland; very quick off the initial step: likes to dart to the rim the basket and finish the lane - can hang in the air and hit, has a few go-to layups; big athlete: transition dunker, liable to breakout out huge slams in the open court; good baseline cutter, Johnson looks to dive to the rim v. settling for outside shots; improving shooter from downtown, needs to cultivate all areas of shooting/scoring off the bounce to complement athleticism - has shown flashes of becoming a multi-level scorer in the future; Johnson’s in a nice situation to hone his talent and play through mistakes: valuing shot selection and reaching a baseline level of efficiency (43% or higher) is crucial heading into Year 3
