A fast-twitch PG undrafted outta Texas, ATL’s Isaiah Taylor is pretty adept at generating shots; promising floor game: very quick playmaker who gets where he needs to go – long strides: Taylor only needs a dribble or two get all the way in and later convert; uses speed very effectively, will change direction or push pace depending on game flow; streaky outside shooter, needs to work on quicker mechanics; goes hard at close outs, very creative w/ reverses & scoops – will finish even better after adding upper body strength; needs to improve float game, defensive awareness; X-Factor in 2019?
