The #6 overall pick (by GSW) in 2010, Ekpe Udoh’s settled into a utility rim protector role under Quin Snyder; developed game overseas* before re-joining NBA - important, short stint/guest starring big: Udoh comes in whenever available; second unit watch dog - cleans up messes, makes impact as a help side swatter (prefers left hand, high-volume in limited action) & 1v1 defender; pretty decent PnR defender, hedges well when on island w/ guards; good rebounder, particularly on offense - normally matches board & point total; not much of a scorer outside the lane - offers a few short hooks, can finish roll catches when afforded space; does well as a primary backup to Rudy Gobert
